Welcome to the manufacturing heart of Dongguan Juhai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Our operation is strategically structured across two specialized facilities—a dedicated LiPo cell production plant and a separate battery pack assembly plant—enabling focused expertise and stringent quality control at every stage of production.

This is where our vertical integration begins. Here, we manufacture the fundamental lithium polymer cells that power all our products. Utilizing advanced, automated production lines and controlled environments, we precisely manage the electrode slurry mixing, coating, calendaring, slitting, stacking, sealing, and formation processes. This in-house mastery over the core electrochemical unit allows us to tailor cell chemistry, dimensions, and performance characteristics—such as discharge rate (C-rating) and energy density—to meet specific customer requirements, forming the true foundation of our customizable power solutions.

In our adjacent assembly facility, the proprietary cells are transformed into finished, intelligent battery packs. This plant operates with high efficiency and precision, housing 8 automated production lines and 38 specialized automated equipment units for tasks such as precise cell sorting and grading, automated spot welding, BMS (Battery Management System) integration, casing assembly, and comprehensive testing. Automation ensures consistency, minimizes human error, and allows for scalable production of both standard and custom pack designs.

Our production is powered by a dedicated team of approximately 60 production operators and technicians who oversee and manage our automated systems. Their expertise is complemented by a robust support structure: our 6-member R&D team focuses on process improvement and next-generation product development; our 8 quality assurance professionals enforce rigorous checks from incoming materials to final output, conducting tests for capacity, internal resistance, discharge performance, and safety; and our 8-person sales team acts as the vital link, translating client needs into precise manufacturing specifications.
